• Final days of recording

And just like that, we're done. This past weekend we recorded the last song for the album. I'm a little sad to be done because I love this end of things, and I really love making music in this space. I'm also relieved and ready to be finished!

  • In the studio again

Spent a fine Sunday in the studio recording another new song. We're getting close to being done with this EP!

  • Back in the studio!

I'm excited to share that I am back in the studio, recording songs for a new EP! I'm working with the super talented team of James DePrato & Gawain Mathews this time around. Their stellar skills and enthusiasm for what they do make the whole process fun and easy. I can't wait for you to hear what we're making!

  • Writing Retreat

I took myself on a little writing retreat this month to find some new songs. I spent 2 days in a little cabin in the woods with sheep and a minature pony as my only neighbors. It was so quiet and peaceful and I came away with 2 new songs that I'm so excited to record. I hope I can make an annual visit to this place, it was really lovely.
